Application Procedures

1. Intending applicants should contact their university in China for information about the CSC Scholarship program

2. Applicants are then required to submit an application for PhD, MPhil and/or research masters candidature to Monash University

3. Applicants must also complete and submit an on-line application for funding to CSC

4. Following assessment of applications for candidature, Monash University will provide a ranked list of suitable candidates, together with each ranked applicant’s offer of admission to candidature, to CSC

5. CSC will evaluate listed candidates in accordance with the Council’s eligibility criteria

6. The final list of successful scholarship awardees will be jointly approved by CSC and Monash University

7. Successful applicants will be notified by CSC by the 31 May 2009
