Research component 12.5% or 18%: Students must complete the core unit, ECC4860 Issues seminar (6cp); they may also choose to undertake ECC4520 Research essay (12cp)

Research component 12.5%: Students must complete the core unit of ECC4860 or ETC4860 Issues seminar (6cp)

Research component 12.5%: Students must complete one core unit, AFC4860 or ETC4860 Issues seminar (6cp)
- Accounting and finance specialisation
Research component 25% or 50%: Students must complete two core units (12cp), AFC4100 Research methods in accounting and finance and AFC4400 Research proposal
[The submitted research proposal (AFC4400) completed in semester one will be assessed by a panel. For those research proposals considered to be of sufficient standard, the student will be invited to complete further research in the second half of their honours year and permitted to enrol in AFC4440 Research project (12cp).]
Bachelor of Business (Honours)
- Taxation specialisation
Research component 25%: Students may elect to undertake BTF4900 Research report (12cp) but is it not compulsory
